Terms of Service

1. Who we are

LeadPilot AI (“LeadPilot”, “we”, “us”) is a customer and sales workspace for small businesses, operated from Pakistan. By creating an account or using the service atleadpilot-astro.vercel.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you are using LeadPilot for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that company's behalf.

2. What the service does

LeadPilot helps you keep a list of leads and clients, track deals through a pipeline, build and share quotes from a price book, schedule follow-ups, capture enquiries from a form, and view basic reports.

LeadPilot is in early access. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops. We will not remove core data access without notice, and you can export your data at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One person or organisation should not maintain multiple free trials to avoid payment.

4. Free trial

New workspaces include a 14-day free trial from the date the account is created. No card is required and nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, paid features may be limited until a plan is activated.

5. Plans, fees and payment

• Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing section of our website.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
• Payments are currently handled manually by JazzCash, bank transfer, Payoneer or Wise. Card checkout is not yet available, and we never ask for your card details inside the app.
• Our JazzCash account title is Taimoor Mateen. The name is shown in the app before you pay. If a payment screen shows any other account name, do not send the money — message us first and we will confirm the correct details.
• We activate a plan after payment is confirmed, normally within one business day. Your plan period starts on the activation date shown on your billing card.
• Until automatic billing is introduced, no recurring charge is created. We will ask you before renewing a plan. When card billing launches, we will show the amount and date before charging.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or email. Your workspace stays available until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data before it ends.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you were charged in error, or the service did not work as described, contact us within 7 days and we will review it and refund where appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Your data and content

You own the leads, clients, quotes, notes and other content you put into LeadPilot. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service, keep it secure, and support you.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store the personal information of your own customers and for using it in line with applicable privacy laws. Do not upload data you do not have permission to use.

You can export leads, clients, deals and quotes as CSV from the app. If you need a full export, ask us.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use LeadPilot to send spam or unlawful, misleading or harassing communications.
• Upload malware, attempt to break into other accounts, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Resell, sublicense or copy the service except as allowed by law.
• Use the service in a way that could damage it or interfere with other customers.

We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where practical, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the issue.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep LeadPilot online, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not offer a service-level agreement during early access. Maintenance, hosting issues or third-party outages may cause downtime. Please keep your own copy of anything business-critical.

10. No guarantee of results

LeadPilot is a tool, not a promise of sales. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, win rate, revenue or time saving. Any examples or illustrations on our website are for explanation only.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or US$100.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Ending the agreement

You may stop using LeadPilot at any time. We may end or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

To delete your account and data, email us. We will action verified requests within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to a different forum.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects your rights or payment obligations, we will give reasonable notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use LeadPilot after the update means you accept the new terms.
