1. Who is responsible for your data
LeadPilot AI (“LeadPilot”, “we”, “us”) operates this service from Pakistan and is responsible for the personal information described below. You can reach us attaimoormateen80@gmail.com orWhatsApp.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Your name, business name, email address and password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider — we never see them.
- Optional profile details you add, such as industry, country, currency and business type.
- Your chosen plan, billing cycle and activation status.
Workspace content
- Leads, clients, deals, quotes, price book items, follow-ups, notes and files you choose to enter.
- Lead capture form submissions sent to your workspace.
- Team invitations and the email addresses you invite.
Technical information
- Authentication cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in.
- Basic request logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and error details, kept for security and debugging.
Payment information
- We do not collect or store card numbers. There is no card checkout in the app today.
- If you pay by JazzCash, bank transfer, Payoneer or Wise, we receive the payment reference and any proof you send us by WhatsApp or email. We use it only to confirm and activate your plan.
3. Why we use it
- To create your account, sign you in and provide the workspace you asked for.
- To save and display your leads, quotes, follow-ups and reports.
- To confirm payments, activate plans and answer support requests.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors.
- To send essential service messages, such as email confirmation, password reset and billing updates.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace data for advertising. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running your account), our legitimate interests (security, support and improving the product), your consent (where we ask for it), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
- Vercel — website hosting and request logs.
- Google Fonts — font delivery; your browser requests fonts from Google's servers.
- WhatsApp / Meta — only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Email providers — for account emails and support conversations.
These providers may process data outside Pakistan. We share only what is needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage for authentication, session security, remembering preferences and caching app files so the app loads quickly. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers today. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and workspace data is kept while your account is active.
- If you ask us to delete your account, we remove active data within 30 days. Encrypted backups may take up to 90 days to expire.
- Billing records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
- Support conversations are kept for up to 24 months so we can help with follow-up questions.
8. Security
We use HTTPS in transit, row-level security in the database so each workspace can only read its own data, and restricted access to production systems. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Export your data in a portable format (CSV export is built into the app).
- Delete your account and data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these, emailtaimoormateen80@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days.
10. Your customers' data
When you store your own leads and clients in LeadPilot, you are the controller of that information and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people and for honouring their requests. If one of your customers contacts us directly, we will refer them to you unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Children
LeadPilot is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
